Hume Summer Camp Info

PARENTS!!:::

Here is your "To Do List" for Camp:

1) If you HAVE received your registration code,

                        PLEASE FINISH YOUR CHILD's REGISTRATION HERE!

                        If you HAVE NOT received your code,

                        Please email TROY at horizonsyouthpastor@gmail.com 

 

2) Complete Horizons' Medical Release Form

3) Complete Water Activities Release Form (even if student isn't planning on doing any!)

4) Print out What to Bring/What NOT to Bring List

5) Print out and complete your HEALTH SCREENING FORM and bring it with you the day we leave for camp. WE WILL HAVE A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL ON SITE TO SIGN THE FORM. Your student CANNOT go to camp without this form!

6) Prepare for SPIRIT DAY! ("RHINESTONE COWBOYS and BEDAZZLING BLING!!") 
                                  (We may have a "Spirit Preparation Day" before leaving for camp, more info to come)

Price includes Bus Transportation, Counselors, meals, lodging, program, highlight DVD, and recreation T-shirt. Extra activities are available at additional cost or deposit. Camper to counselor ratio of 7 to 1.

Total cost will be $475 (NO INCREASE FROM LAST YEAR! YAY!!)

  • Air Soft - $5
  • Disc Golf - $5 refundable deposit
  • Basketball & Volleyball - $5 refundable deposit
  • El Diablo (Mechanical Bull) - $1 per ride
  • Euro Bungee - Free
  • Rec Room - Billiards, Foosball, Ping Pong - Free

Off Campus

  • Beach - Free (transportation provided)
  • Surfboard Rental - $10 per day
  • Boogie Board Rental - $5 per day
  • Surfing Lessons - $25 includes instruction, wetsuit & board
  • Sea Kayaking - $25 includes guide and all necessary equipment
  • Mission Bay Beach Cruiser Tour - $20 includes guide, bicycle & safety equipment
